Saywell is an AI-powered language learning platform that moves beyond traditional vocabulary apps to become a personal speaking coach—helping users build confidence for real-world conversations.

As creator and technical lead, I built the entire ecosystem from concept to App Store launch, integrating multiple AI models with a beautiful, mobile-first experience.

Qandai was born from consulting experience in regulatory environments where completing RFPs and RFIs manually remained a consistent bottleneck. Built before ChatGPT existed, it pioneered AI-powered questionnaire automation for regulated industries.

As Founder, I built and ran the entire startup—from securing UK trademark rights and acquiring customers to architecting a multi-region AI platform with Chrome, Word, and Excel integrations that evolved alongside the rapidly changing AI landscape.

AI Workforce was created to explore the potential of agentic AI where specialized agents don't just respond to humans, but collaborate with each other—one developing, another testing, another ensuring compliance, just like a real software team.

AI Workforce was built as a platform from concept through production use in Qandai's development. I have implemented a skills-based system with charting capabilities for data visualization and packaging it as a native Mac app using Electron.

A 12-year partnership with digital strategic consultancy GW+Co, where I serve as Technology Associate Partner, working on a myriad of projects spanning consultancy, technical delivery, and digital transformation.

My role flexes between high-level strategic advisory and hands-on technical leadership, working closely with GW+Co teams to deliver value across startups, scale-ups, and established businesses.

Across two separate terms, I helped Pangea improve their internal talent processes through technology: initially by designing and implementing a comprehensive talent management system, then returning to add AI-powered talent discovery capabilities.

The work spanned from traditional system design improving team efficiency to cutting-edge AI integration that surfaces relevant talent by querying internal data and LinkedIn profiles intelligently.

Initially a Qi Interactive client, uMotif hired me in 2016 when they were 4 people around a small table. Over three years, I grew technology, testing, and compliance teams exponentially while building the platform serving the biggest names in pharma.

This was my introduction to Life Sciences regulatory requirements—a domain I learned to love. I managed platform development, led web and mobile teams, represented the company in client audits, and worked closely with Quality to ensure compliance across explosive growth.

Led by University of Manchester researchers and published in npj Digital Medicine, this groundbreaking study collected 5.1 million pain reports from 13,000+ UK residents with chronic pain, definitively proving that weather—specifically humidity, pressure, and wind—affects pain levels.

During my tenure at uMotif, I contributed technical architecture and mobile platform capabilities enabling this unprecedented scale of real-time patient data collection linked to GPS and weather conditions, validating what 75% of chronic pain patients had long believed.

Qi Interactive, founded in 2013, is my flexible B2B technology consultancy that grows and shrinks based on client needs—from individual consulting to building 8-person teams for engagements like uMotif.

Over 13 years, Qi has delivered 50+ projects across diverse industries. It serves as both a consultancy vehicle for client work and the business entity for entrepreneurial projects like Saywell.
